Quinn joined the Shipley community in third grade from Gladwyne Elementary.
Activities and Positions: Volleyball, The Compass (Co-Editor, Chief), Alex's Lemonade Stand Ambassador
My favorite Club is The Compass. It was a new experience for me, but I liked being able to work with new people from all grades on one project.
Favorite Class: Algebra 2 with Mr. Farr. I really enjoyed his teaching style and all the support he gave me. I typically don’t enjoy math very much, so it was very surprising that I liked this class as much as I did.
Best Thing about Shipley: Community. I feel like all the students have great relationships with their teachers and are able to ask for help whenever they need it.
What is one piece of advice that you would share with new students? I would advise new students to try new classes or clubs that they aren’t typically interested in so they meet new people and try new things.
