Reunion Giving
Each year during Alumni Reunion Weekend, two giving awards are presented: the Reunion Giving Award (highest amount contributed) and the Class of 1948 Margaret Bailey Speer Award (highest total participation by a reunion class).
This year, in celebration of their 50th reunion, the Class of 1974 earned both giving awards! 50% of the class supported Shipley this year and together they contributed $37,009.64. Congratulations and thank you to the Class of 1974 for demonstrating such generosity and leadership in honor of your milestone 50th reunion year!
The Shipley School is a private, coeducational day school for pre-kindergarten through 12th grade students, located in Bryn Mawr, PA. Through our commitment to educational excellence, we develop within each student a love of learning and a desire for compassionate participation in the world.
