Involve all community voices from students, colleagues, families, and alumni. Ensure that cultural awareness and understanding are reflected in many areas of school life.

4.2 Provide connections and opportunities for alumni to connect with current students via mentorship, networking, and relationship building.
4.3 Share institutional best practices via online and print communications regarding topics of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
4.4 Attend and present at both local and national conferences regarding diversity, equity, and inclusion.
