STRATEGIES
1.1 Expand recruitment and retainment efforts to increase the colleague applicant pool and hiring yield for BIPOC colleagues.
1.2 Strengthen and build relationships with both local and regional academic access programs to recruit more BIPOC students and families.
1.3 Ensure the composition of the Board of Trustees reflects the rapidly changing and increasingly diverse population of the Shipley community, our region, and the world.
