We encourage prospective families to experience firsthand our commitment to educational excellence and our passion for learning by attending an Admissions event or a campus tour. Please note, registration is required for all events and tours.
Admissions Tours
Join us for a tour of our campus and learn about all that Shipley has to offer your family! We welcome families for tours all year long. During the school year, Student Ambassadors lead individual tours in the Middle and Upper Schools, as well as small group tours in the Upper School. In the Lower School, small group tours are offered on Wednesday and Thursday mornings. You can email admit@shipleyschool.org if you would like to request an alternative tour time for any division.
In Shipley’s Lower School, children develop their curiosity and a lifelong love of learning. With a strong academic foundation, students explore in fun and engaging ways, learning life skills like thinking critically about the world around them, developing empathy, and building social and emotional awareness.
Explore Shipley's Middle School, where students grow intellectually, emotionally, and socially through a curriculum founded on discovering new interests, critical thinking, creative exploration, empathy/compassion, and character development.
In Shipley's Upper School, students can develop into leaders primed to make a significant impact on the world. Join us for a conversation with Upper School administrators, faculty, and students to learn more about the opportunities that make Shipley more than a school.

The Shipley School is a private, coeducational day school for pre-kindergarten through 12th grade students, located in Bryn Mawr, PA. Through our commitment to educational excellence, we develop within each student a love of learning and a desire for compassionate participation in the world.
