Neal is a partner at Evolution Financial Group. In 2005, he co-founded the William Trippley Youth Development Program, a non-profit organization that creates opportunities for at-risk youth in Chester, Pennsylvania, in memory of his best friend Will Trippley ’02, who was murdered by stray gunfire in Chester in 2004. The organization helps kids ages 6-14 find opportunities through soccer and education. A member of Shipley’s Alumni Council since 2013, Neal became President of the Alumni Council in 2018. Neal graduated from Muhlenberg College with a B.A. in Business Administration and as well as a B.A. in Studio Art.
