GOAL 3: EQUITABLE EXPERIENCES
Ensure an equitable experience for all members of the community.
STRATEGIES
3.1 Conduct campus climate survey to assess and measure the collective well-being and community opinions of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
3.2 Create and support affinity organizations and spaces for students, colleagues, families, and alumni.
3.3 Establish fully developed diversity, equity, and inclusion committees at all levels: Student, Colleague, Family, and Alumni.
3.4 Conduct a review process of The Community Commitment as a standing pillar of the School’s core values of diversity, equity, and inclusion.
3.5 Conduct a review process of the current Shipley Guidelines Regarding Transgender and Gender Nonconforming Students Policy.
3.6 Expand the Service Learning program to be inclusive of diversity, equity, and inclusion training via strengthening and creating new relationships with local communities and community-based organizations.
