We will provide a Chinese Mandarin Enrichment summer camp at Shipley. This is a camp for students entering grades K-5. It will be a fun-based Chinese language and culture program. Dr. Ding provided this camp in the Swarthmore school district last year. It was very successful, kids engaged in every activity and parents loved it. This summer, Dr. Ding will bring her team to provide this mandarin enrichment camp at Shipley. It will be a great opportunity to open a door for your children to learn a new culture and new language. Also welcome students who already learned basic Chinese. We will design groups based on skill level.

Some activities the children will be involved in are: Chinese children’s songs, traditional dances, calligraphy, crafts, and cooking Chinese/Asian food (sushi, noodles).
