 Speer Library
Hours:
The Middle and Upper School Speer Library is open Monday through Thursday from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm, and on Friday from 8:00 am until 3:30 pm.

Classes:
Upper and middle school faculty may schedule classes in the library as needed. Middle School students and 9th and 10th graders may visit the library before and after school and throughout lunch. During study halls, these students must present a note from the teacher for whom they are doing work. 11th and 12th grade students may come to the library during any free period without permission.

Students:
Students are expected to maintain an atmosphere conducive to study and/or research. Computers are available for research and for Internet access. Students may study together if they do so quietly.

Catalog:
The Spectrum Winnebago catalog, which contains the Shipley library holdings, is available on all computers in the library, as well as on the Internet.  An enhanced feature of the web catalog includes suggested websites in addition to books, videos, and other materials..

Computers:
The Speer Library has 25 computers with Internet access and curriculum-related programs for student use. 
    
 
 Lower School Library

Hours:
8am until 3pm Monday through Friday

Classes:
All classes in grades Pre-K through 5 are scheduled in the library each week Blocks of time are also available for teacher-directed research projects

Students:
The library in the Lower School serves to encourage reading and learning as lifelong habits, and to enhance and support the curriculum.

Catalog:
There are ten computers available for student use of the Spectrum Winnebago card catalog and for searching the Internet.
